Outside Sales Representative | Eastern MT
You must have prior successful experience selling top of the line products that you can demonstrate to management and maintenance personnel in schools, universities, healthcare facilities and medium-sized enterprises in a competitive market against established vendors. You should be comfortable in the store room as well as the board room assisting both front line workers as well as executives.

You enjoy both the hunt and the continued work after the hunt is successful. You have the unique ability to displace the incumbent vendor with your skill, and strong ability to create and leverage your relationship and the ability to help the prospect see the differentiating value you can provide. You have strong listening, consultative selling skills and closing skills come naturally.

You should be a highly motivated, goal oriented, high-achiever with excellent problem-solving skills who likes to work independently and be held accountable to your goals. Experience with facility services/products such as cleaning and maintenance is helpful but not required.

You are willing to travel and be out overnight 2-3 nights per week on average. You must have prior earnings of at least $50,000 in a variable comp plan and are willing to work to build your accounts to make $90,000 plus in 3 years or less depending on your effort and skill.

Experience with facility services/products such as cleaning and maintenance is helpful but not required.
